May 1, 2012Zach Loveless of Capital Chaos conducted an interview with Oakland, California extreme metallers ALL SHALL PERISH when the band performed at Ace Of Spades in Sacramento, California on April 28. You can now watch the chat below. Also available is performance footage from the Sacramento concert.
ALL SHALL PERISH has just completed a headlining U.S. tour, "Scion Presents: This Is Where It Ends" 2012, featuring an all-star cast of modern death metal acts, CARNIFEX, FLESHGOD APOCALYPSE, THE CONTORTIONIST and CONDUCTING FROM THE GRAVE in support.
ALL SHALL PERISH recently delivered a Scion A/V first: a song guaranteed to sear off your eyebrows and stir up the pit, en espaƱol. Unison deathcore riffage and multiple pummeling breakdowns make this one truly epic. If you're wondering what vocalist, Eddie Hermida, is saying, the title translates as "The Past Will Haunt Us." Download "El Pasado Nos Perseguira"for free or stream it in the YouTube clip below.
ALL SHALL PERISH's fourth full-length album, "This Is Where It Ends", sold around 8,400 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 50 on The Billboard 200 chart. The band's previous CD, "Awaken The Dreamers", opened with 5,000 copies back in 2008 to land at No. 126.
"This Is Where It Ends" was released last July via Nuclear Blast Records. The majority of the effort was recorded and mixed once again at Castle Ultimate Studios in Oakland with producer Zack Ohren (LIGHT THIS CITY, DECREPIT BIRTH, SUFFOCATION).
